What should we do now?

March 24, 2008

Many countries including Indonesia close neighborhood, Australia, bluntly declare their support toward Indonesia sovereignty which in a simple notice a must covering West Papua and Aceh, ignoring the fact that there were and are conflicts or secret wars inside the island[Papua] itself. The complexity of the problems are going worse and worse everyday as hope of many parts that concern only in the natural resources of Papua.

A couple weeks ago, some high rank military attaché from Australia visited Timika[one of the city in the highland of Papua which is based of Gold Mining Corp, PT. Freeport Mc Moran], who again blindly regarded himself as Australian Govt and declared his support over Indonesian integrity. Openly, uneducated person could see that the chaotic movement in Papua is maintain with a secret purpose in what is called ‘interest packages’ by those who are looking for big bucks. Why Timika? Why Bintuni? Why not Wamena or the border between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea?

It is clearly and undoubtedly argued that Papua in the middle of money-making-business interest and the world knows what is going on.

Should we declare war on Indonesia? Nahhh…. How many Papua actually left after approximately 200,000 people killed during Suharto regime? This is why many Papuan Independent leaders chose to use diplomacy way rather than taking guns and fight for independent? Or should we adopt Che Guevara ideas arming ourselves and fight for what we should deserve which completely drew out U.S capitalism out of Cuba?

There is always a solution for every problem rises from other problems. One only needs to think hard and acts accordingly to what is the best for each party. It can be you who read my opinion.

The reason...

I belief in truth and the history of truth itself. I can't ignore my deepest affection toward the hidden desire of free people from the land I grew up on. I am not living in exile! I live close to people of morning star! This is why I write and keep to support freedom of People of West Papua.
